Jeannine Sommer

Jeannine Sommer has extensive experience in executive search and recruitment. Jeannine is currently working as the Senior Vice President of Search Operations & Quality at Diversified Search Group, where they are responsible for implementing firmwide practices and processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality search work. In this role, they also manage and develops recruiting and research resources.

Prior to this, Jeannine worked as the Managing Associate & VP of Search Operations & Quality, Global Corporate Sector at Diversified Search Group, where they served as the resource manager for the Global Corporate Practice. Jeannine built and managed a cohesive team that supported the practice in all search execution.

Before joining Diversified Search Group, Jeannine served as a Vice President and Senior Associate at the same company. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting senior-level executives in the Digital Transformation, Technology, Media, Entertainment, and Sports Practices. Jeannine oversaw the development of search strategies and facilitated the search process on behalf of clients.

Earlier in their career, Jeannine worked as a recruiter at JMR Consultants, where they focused on identifying and interviewing candidates in the Digital, Media, Entertainment, and Technology fields. Jeannine also worked as a Senior Technical Recruiter at ThinkBRQ, where they reported to the CEO and Founder and was responsible for identifying and interviewing potential candidates in the Information Technology field.

Jeannine's earlier experiences include working as a Senior Vice President of Search Management at Carlsen Resources, where they performed market outreach and interviewed potential candidates for executive searches in the Cable, Media, and Telecom industries. Jeannine also worked as a Corporate Director of Executive Recruitment at Cablevision Systems Corporation and as a Vice President of Candidate Outreach at Norman Broadbent, where they executed senior-level executive searches and managed research teams.

Jeannine began their career as a Researcher at Bishop Partners.

Jeannine Sommer attended Pace University - Lubin School of Business from 1990 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
