Kevin Kelly

Kevin Kelly has extensive experience in the field of executive recruiting. Kevin started their career at The Coca-Cola Company as a Cold Drink Manager in 1982 before moving on to work as an Account Executive at Cole Henderson Drake, an advertising agency. In 1989, they joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a Managing Director and Atlanta Office Manager, focusing on retained executive recruiting. Kevin later joined Slayton Search Partners in 2002 as an EVP and Managing Director, where they were responsible for the firm's Atlanta and Washington DC offices. Since 2009, Kevin has been working at Diversified Search Group as a Managing Director and Retained Executive Recruiting Consultant, specializing in board recruiting and advisory practice, as well as identifying and recruiting transformational leaders at various levels within organizations.

Kevin Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics from the University of Virginia from 1974 to 1978. Kevin subsequently pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business from 1980 to 1982.
