Jennifer Weimer

Jennifer Weimer joined Diversified Search Group in 2022 as a Senior Search Associate in the Life Sciences practice. She has spent more than eighteen years in retained executive search, holding roles involved in the entire talent acquisition process.

Prior to joining Diversified Search Group, Weimer spent over a decade in the healthcare sector, most recently with AMN Healthcare, in roles within the executive and physician leadership search and academic practices as Interim Director of Research, Candidate Developer and Consultant. With a keen understanding of the healthcare sector, its varying components and areas poised for growth, Weimer was responsible for strategic market research, target identification, candidate development, and search execution.

She began her executive search career as a Knowledge Specialist for the consumer products practice and Co-Coordinator of the life sciences practice at Ray & Berndtson, located in Fort Worth, Texas. She co-led all research responsibilities including competitive intelligence, business development material preparation and mappings of the consumer products, pharmaceutical, biotech, managed care, and physician industries.

Prior to executive search, Weimer was a Human Resources Generalist with H.D. Vest Financial Services, in Irving, Texas. Her responsibilities included employee recruitment, new employee orientation and training, employee development, employee benefits, and employee relations.
