Lester Pollard

Lester Pollard is currently serving as a UKG Pro Dimensions Implementation Consultant at RCM Technologies since May 2023 and has been working as an End User Technician for Augusta University through TEKsystems since March 2021. Additionally, Lester has been providing County Tech Support for the Probate Court in Evans County since February 2020. Prior roles include Implementation Consultant and Implementation Specialist at ADP from November 2021 to May 2023, as well as a student at Augusta Technical College from September 2015 to May 2019. Earlier experience includes working in Tech Ops at Comcast and serving as a Logistics Quality Assurance/Autonomous Maintenance leader at Procter & Gamble for over 15 years. Lester holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in CyberSecurity and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Augusta Technical College.
