Rita Erika Espinar

Rita Erika Espinar has over 14 years of work experience, with a focus on talent acquisition and recruitment operations. Rita Erika most recently served as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Diversify Offshore Staffing Solutions since 2014. Prior to that, they took a parental leave in 2013. Before their leave, they worked as a Recruitment Operations Lead at MicroSourcing from 2008 to 2012. Their earlier experiences include working as a Recruitment Process Owner at IBM from 2007 to 2008, and as a Recruitment Specialist (Team OIC) at Concentrix from 2006 to 2007.

Rita Erika Espinar attended the Quezon City Science High School from 1998 to 2002. After completing high school, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at the University of Santo Tomas from 2002 to 2006.
