In their previous positions, Lewis has held titles such as Director, Senior Consultant, Assistant General Manager, and Operations Supervisor. Lewis also has a background in the military as a Staff Sergeant in the US Army. Furthermore, Lewis completed a thru-hike of the Appalachian Trail from Maine to Georgia in 150 days. Lewis holds a Bachelor's Degree in Project Management from Capella University.
