Giedre Paludneviciute

Giedre Paludneviciute is the Director of Finance and Operations at Diversity and Ability. Giedre has over fifteen years of experience in finance and operations management.

Paludneviciute began their career in 2003 as an assistant project manager for the EU PHARE project with the Ministry of Justice in Lithuania. In this role, they were responsible for organizing international conferences and consultancy meetings, translating and interpreting documents, preparing project reports, and managing the project budget.

In 2006, Paludneviciute moved to Anoka Ltd., where they served as business manager for one year. Giedre then spent four years as operations manager at EDEN Skills before joining Origin Housing as a housing officer in 2008. At Origin Housing, they oversaw the accounts of over 100 customers, managed the new tenancy process, and resolved complaints and rent arrears.

Paludneviciute joined Diversity and Ability as Director of Finance and Operations in 2010. In this role, they are responsible for managing the organization’s finances, overseeing its operations, and developing strategic plans to ensure its continued growth and success.

Giedre Paludneviciute has a Master's Degree in Public Policy and Administration from The University of Manchester. Giedre also has an Associate's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas. Finally, they have a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government from Vytauto Didžiojo universitetas.
