Juliet Bailin

Juliet Bailin serves as a Partner at General Catalyst since June 2021, focusing on impactful investments. Juliet is also a member of the Diversity VC team, working towards a more equitable venture capital industry since October 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Associate Partner at Mosaic, where investments ranged from $1-10 million in early-stage European founders, and as an Associate at Insight Venture Partners, concentrating on B2B SaaS opportunities. Juliet participated in the inaugural P3 program by Declare to promote senior women in finance and has held leadership roles at Harvard University, including Co-President of Harvard Undergraduate Women In Business and Outreach Coordinator for the Harvard Health Advocacy Program. Juliet holds a Bachelor's Degree in History with a secondary focus in Global Health and Health Policy from Harvard University and attended Hopkins School.
