Ginger Vyterna

Ginger Vyterna has a wealth of experience in asset and property management. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Property Manager for Flournoy Properties, where they managed and leased a 230 unit LIHTC property and handled budget preparation and administration, accounts payable and receivable, marketing, payroll submission, and vendor management. In 2005, they moved to Ram Real Estate, where they managed 304 conventional multifamily units, handling all aspects of resident management, lease administration, budget preparation and management, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable. In 2012, they joined Atlantic Pacific Management as a Portfolio Manager, overseeing the management of 560-1100 conventional multifamily units in Florida. In 2017, they joined Priderock Capital Partners as a Marketing Director, setting in place a full marketing program, renegotiating all contracts with ILS providers, and implementing social media, reputation management, and resident acquisition protocols. In 2019, they became the Director of Property & Asset Managment for New Urban Communities, where they were tasked with leasing up a high end luxury 49 unit community in historic downtown Stuart. Currently, they are a Senior Asset Manager at DiversyFund, Inc., where they oversee all operations of the company’s multifamily portfolio and has developed and implemented asset management policies, procedures, and reporting metrics.

Ginger Vyterna attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where they studied Business & Hotel Management. Ginger is currently still enrolled at the university.
