Kathleen Patton

Kathleen Patton currently serves as General Counsel at Divert, having taken on the role in November 2023. Previously, Kathleen held the General Counsel position at Jobcase, Inc. from October 2021 to May 2023, and at CarGurus from August 2017 to October 2021, overseeing significant legal operations including IPOs and acquisitions. Before that, Kathleen was the Senior Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at Demandware, where responsibilities included leading legal efforts during its acquisition by Salesforce. Additional experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel at Stream Global Services and Director of Professional Development at Brown Rudnick LLP, among others. Kathleen holds a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center and an A.B. in Government and German from Dartmouth College.
