Mo Sallah, MBA has a diverse work experience in the hospitality and real estate industries. Mo is currently working as the Regional Director of Operations at Divi Resorts since May 2022. Prior to this, they served as a Licensed Commercial Real Estate Broker at MVCRE since July 2014. Mo also has experience as the Principal at Sallah Group starting from 2010. Previously, they worked as the General Manager at Abaco Beach Resort & Boat Harbour Marina from October 2019 to May 2022. Mo held the positions of VP & GM for the Eastern US and Caribbean, as well as the Virgin Islands, at Beautiful Places from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they have served as the General Manager / Interim Chief Operating Officer at Bitter End Yacht Club, General Manager / Chief Executive Officer at Lighthouse Bay Resort, Director of Ownership Service at Rendezvous Bay Development Company, and General Manager at Beach House, Barbuda. Mo began their career as a Villa Supervisor at Peter Island Resort.

Mo holds a Certificate of Specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School, which they completed in an unspecified year but likely before 2022.
