Dave Sterlitz

Dave Sterlitz is the current General Counsel at Dividend Finance. Prior to that, they were the Chief Legal Officer at EquityKey from January 2014 to December 2016. Before that, they were the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at MUFG Americas from January 2010 to December 2014. Dave has extensive experience in legal and compliance oversight and support of all aspects of business. Dave is skilled in retail product creation and all related marketing activities, including required disclosures, registration, and licensing. Dave is also experienced in managing all legal, compliance, and governance functions and creating and implementing company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws.

Dave Sterlitz attended Emory University School of Law, where they received their Juris Doctor (J.D.) in law.
