Nirmala Belavatagi

Nirmala Belavatagi is currently serving as a Sr. Specialist in Learning and Development at DivIHN Integration Inc, a CMMI ML3-certified technology and talent solutions firm, since December 2022. Previously, Nirmala held the position of Specialist in Talent Success at Deshpande Skilling from April 2017 to December 2022, where responsibilities included training graduated students in soft skills, developing training content, and organizing various competitions and events. Earlier roles included working as a Program Executive at both Deshpande Skilling and Head Held High Services, focusing on skill development course promotion and conducting workshops across Karnataka, as well as training high school and college students in English and communication. Throughout these positions, Nirmala has demonstrated skills in mentorship, program management, and effective communication.
