Varsha Lins Roi J has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Varsha started their career at INGLU as a Human Resources Intern in 2020. In 2021, they worked as a Digital Marketing Intern at Shiash Info Solutions Private Limited and then as a HR Management Trainee and IT/Technical Recruiter Intern at Newt Global Consulting, LLC. Following that, they worked as a US IT Recruiter at IDC Technologies, Inc. in 2021 as well. In 2022, they joined DISYS as a Technical Recruiter G1. Currently, Varsha is employed at DivIHN Integration Inc as a Specialist - Talent Success, responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and HR activities in the Cyber Security & Information Security field.
