Austin Miller has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Austin is currently serving as the Sr. Director of Finance at Divisions Maintenance Group since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Fall Creek Farm & Nursery, Inc. as a Finance Guy, where they focused on Financial Planning and Analysis from 2018 to 2022.
Before that, Austin co-founded Craft Crickets Inc. in 2016, where they served as the CEO and played a pivotal role in creating America's most sustainable protein using crickets. Austin worked on this venture until 2020.
Austin also had valuable experience at Amazon, where they held two positions. From 2013 to 2015, they were the Head of Finance and Business Intelligence - Fulfillment by Amazon (Europe), managing the finance team supporting Amazon's Seller Services businesses. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they served as the Head of Finance for Amazon UK's Fashion (Softlines) division and was responsible for planning opex and headcount for all of Amazon UK.
Additionally, Austin had an internship at Amazon in 2010, where they worked on the financial drivers of Amazon's UK Fulfillment by Amazon business. Austin also spent a significant portion of their early career at Target, where they held positions as a Business Partner in Grocery Operations and as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst.

Austin Miller earned their Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Minnesota between 2001 and 2005. Austin pursued further education and completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from IESE Business School from 2009 to 2011.
