Bill Volz has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Bill began their career in 1999 as a 68W US Army Medic in the US Army, where they served until 2004. Following their military service, they joined the Genetic Testing Institute in 2004 as a Technical Sales Specialist. In 2006, they transitioned to Divisions Maintenance Group, starting as a Western District Manager and later moving up to the role of Western Regional Manager. From 2013 until 2020, they acted as the Vice President of Field Operations (National) at Divisions Maintenance Group. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of Operations at the company.

Bill Volz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Colorado Denver in 2001. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications.
