Bill Hoch is currently the VP of Strategic Finance at Divvy Homes. Prior to this, they were the Head of Strategy & Business Development at Plenty, an AgTech start-up in South San Francisco. Hoch was the first employee at Plenty and was responsible for leading a team of five in strategy, business development, and biz ops.

Some of Hoch's accomplishments at Plenty include raising $200 million in Series B funding, creating the long-term company model, building the budget and cash flow planning processes, rolling out three company-wide goals, leading board and investor relations, and heading up corporate development and ongoing strategic projects from the CEO.

Hoch's previous experience includes working as an Associate Investment Director at Cambridge Associates and as an Energy Efficiency Intern at Duke Carbon Offsets Initiative. Bill has also interned in B2B marketing at Groupon and served as a Trip Leader at Overland Summers.

Bill Hoch's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science from Duke University in Biology with an Economics Minor. Bill also attended Brunswick School.
