Rachel Ergmann

Rachel Ergmann is currently the VP, Head of Talent at Divvy Homes. Prior to this, they were the Director of Recruiting at NerdWallet from December 2014 to July 2022. In this role, they managed the Recruiting team that supported hiring across Product, Design, Marketing, Business, Content, Legal, People Ops and Finance, as well as their DEI Recruiting strategy. Rachel also oversaw all hiring (including Engineering and Analytics) for their venture businesses/acquired companies: NerdWallet Small Business (formerly Fundera) and NerdWallet UK (formerly Know Your Money.) In November 2021, NerdWallet went public on Nasdaq as $NRDS.

Prior to their role at NerdWallet, Rachel was the Lead Technical Recruiter at Zynga from February 2013 to December 2014. Before that, they were an NFL All Star Team Cheerleader for the National Football League from September 2013 to October 2013.

Rachel Ergman received their BA in Public Relations from California State University-Sacramento. Rachel is also a certified Core Strengths Certified Facilitator from TotalSDI.
