Chip Adams has extensive experience in the manufacturing sector, currently serving as an Assistant Manufacturing Manager and Process Improvement Specialist at Dixie Iron Works, LTD/MSI since December 1983. Throughout a diverse career, Chip has held various roles including Project Manager, Lean Manufacturing Manager, Maintenance Manager, Production Foreman, and CNC Machinist, demonstrating a strong focus on process improvement and operational efficiency. Since April 2020, Chip has also been exploring new career opportunities.
