Lance Hart is an experienced directional driller currently employed at Dixon Directional since July 2021. Previously, Lance held various drilling positions at Sidewinder Drilling LLC from July 2013 to June 2020, including driller, derrickhand, and floorhand. Additionally, Lance worked as a floorhand at Cactus Drilling Co from August 2012 to July 2013 and served as a floorhand-motorman at Union Drilling, Inc from May 2011 to July 2012. Lance Hart graduated from Poteau High School with a diploma in 2009.
