Paramjit Singh began their work experience in 1962 as an Assistant Lecturer at the Regional Institute of Technology. PARAMJIT then worked as a Process Improvement Engineer at the Tata Engineering and Locomotive Company from 1963 to 1969. In 1969, they joined Dixon Valve as a Manufacturing Engineer and later held roles as Manager of Manufacturing & Engineering, V.P of DVCC Manufacturing & Engineering Support, and V.P of Manufacturing & Engineering Support.
