Brent Fitzpatrick Mbe

Brent Fitzpatrick MBE serves as the Chair of Finance for Dixons Academy Trust and is a Trustee at Dixons Academies Trust, both roles undertaken since 2018. Additionally, Brent has been a member of the Board of Trustees for the National Governance Association since November 2014, holding the position of Vice Chairman. As a National Leader of Governance for the UK Government since January 2014, Brent contributes to governance standards. Brent is the Chairman of Path Investments plc and Vela Technologies PLC, overseeing operations in the oil & gas and tech sectors, respectively. Since March 2008, Brent has also chaired RiskAlliance Group Limited, a commercial insurance consolidator, and has been the Chairman of Aboyne-Clyde Rubber Estates of Ceylon Limited since December 1991. Previously, Brent held the role of Chairman at Global Marine Energy PLC from 2001 to 2008, an international oil & gas service provider.
