Carina Pascoli Machado serves as the Finance Control Team Lead and Financial Controller at Dixstone since November 2020, with extensive experience in financial management roles including Cost Controller Corporate and Reporting & Control Analyst at SBM Offshore from March 2017 to October 2020. Carina began their career as a Management Assistant at Itaú Unibanco from September 2006 to April 2010. Academically, Carina holds an MBA in Project Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, a Master's degree in Management from IAE Nice, a Finance Training qualification from COPPEAD UFRJ, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Candido Mendes.
