Raj Subramonian

Raj Subramonian is the Senior Vice President and General Manager for DJO’s FootCare Solutions and reports directly to Chief Executive Officer, Brady R. Shirley. Raj is a seasoned business leader who brings more than 25 years of operational and general management experience in global Fortune 100 companies to DJO. As the Senior Vice President and General Manager for DJO’s FootCare Solutions, Raj oversees the business unit focused on therapeutic footwear and compression hosiery, including Dr. Comfort® which is the leading global brand of diabetic footwear.

Before joining DJO, Raj worked at Dell for more than 11 years in the U.S. and in India as the General Manager of some of their most complex businesses. He also spent time in Dell’s Enterprise Solutions group where he revamped the company’s solutions operations center resulting in significant cost savings while increasing revenue. The majority of Raj’s professional experience has been focused on driving the rapid growth of businesses that are scaling globally as well as improving overall operational effectiveness. In addition, he also has experience successfully starting a company which enabled ecommerce. Prior to Dell, Raj held leadership roles at Hewlett-Packard, 247 Customer and Wipro Technologies.

Raj received his Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communications Engineering at the College of Engineering in Trivandrum India, and his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow, India.
