Anders Engelbredt

Anders Engelbredt has a well-rounded work experience, spanning across various industries and roles. Anders started their career as a Financial Consultant at KOMGAS - Foreningen af Regionale Naturgasselskaber and later worked as a Senior Analyst at RealDanmark. With experience in the banking sector, they served as a Business Development Manager and Programme Manager at Danske Bank Group. Furthermore, they worked as a Manager at EG Management Consulting before joining Topdanmark as a Programme Manager of Solvency II. At Topdanmark, they held several leadership positions, including Vice President and Program Manager of a new digital omnichannel CX-platform, and finally, as the Vice President and Head of Digital Development. Currently, Anders is the Executive Director - CDO & CIO at Djøf.

Anders Engelbredt has a Cand. Oecon (MSc Econ) degree from Aarhus Universitet, which they earned from 1990 to 1997. In 2014 to 2015, they attended Copenhagen Business School's Service Excellence Chefakademi (SECA 2014) program. In 2012 to 2013, they undertook a Strategic Leadership Development Programme at the Center for Ledelse (CFL). Anders also completed a Leadership Consortium Programme at Green Andersen from 2010 to 2011. Finally, in 2007 to 2008, they pursued the NLP Business Practitioner program at Performex HR.
