Thatchaya Thaweethawakorn

Thatchaya Thaweethawakorn is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior HRBP Manager at DKSH since June 2018, Thatchaya manages HRBP roles for 500 employees in support functions and 120 employees in affiliate companies. Previous roles include Senior HR Manager at Datapro Computer Systems and General Manager-HR Overseas at Charoen Pokphand Group Co., Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed HR partnership for overseas businesses in regions such as CLMV, India, and Africa. Thatchaya has further held positions as OD Manager and HR Manager at TOA Paint (Thailand) Co., Ltd., HR Manager at Sony, and Recruitment & Learning Manager at Shell, with initial experience as a Human Resources Generalist at Chevron. Thatchaya holds a Master of Science in Human Resource and Organizational Development from NIDA Thailand, along with a Master's Degree in Political Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Thammasat University.
