Elena Varese serves as the Lead Lawyer at DLA Piper since 2014, specializing in contentious and non-contentious Intellectual Property matters, with a strong emphasis on litigation and legal advice related to trademarks, designs, patents, unfair competition, copyright, domain names, and advertising for diverse sectors including fashion, food, toys, technology, and publishing. Prior to this role, Elena worked as an Associate at Hogan Lovells Studio from 2008 to 2014, where assistance was provided in similar areas within the fashion, toy, food, entertainment, telecommunications, and advertising industries.
