Jessica Lang-Uberti

Jessica Lang-Uberti is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in transaction law and management. Currently serving as a Senior Transaction Specialist at DLA Piper, Jessica has previously held roles as a Legal Manager and Senior Legal Consultant at Simmons & Simmons, as well as a Senior Transaction Lawyer at Clifford Chance. Jessica has also been involved in the legal department at Fidor Bank AG and began the career as a Working Student/Intern in the Management Development Department at Allianz. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in International Corporate Finance from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Business Law from the University of Applied Management in Ismaning.
