Mark Hughes

Mark Hughes is a seasoned professional in legal and regulatory affairs with extensive experience in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Legal and Regulatory Affairs Consultant at DLA Piper, BidX1, and Tesco Mobile since 2021 and 2018, respectively, Mark previously held the position of Head of Regulatory Affairs at Three Ireland for over a decade. Prior roles include working as a Legal Advisor at the Commission for Communications Regulation and as an Associate at Matheson Ormsby Prentice. Mark's early career includes a stint at the European Court of Justice as a stagiaire. Mark holds an LLB in Law from Trinity College Dublin and an MBA from Henley Business School.
