Rossella Esther Cerchia

Rossella Esther Cerchia holds the position of Of Counsel and Country Head of Knowledge at DLA Piper since March 2022. In addition to this role, Rossella serves as a full professor of Comparative Private Law at Università degli Studi di Milano, where responsibilities include coordinating specialized courses in Fashion Law and Legal Translation of Contracts and Corporate Documents. Rossella is actively involved in various academic committees at the university, focusing on internationalization and sustainable development. Additionally, Rossella contributes as a member of the Consultative Committee of the American Law Institute and European Law Institute, participating in a project on Principles for a Data Economy, and holds the title of Adjunct Professor of Law at Cornell Law School. Rossella's legal career began as an attorney in Milan, where service was rendered from 2004 until 2018. Educational credentials include a Laurea Magistrale in Jurisprudence from Università degli Studi di Milano.
