Leighton J. Pitre

Leighton J. Pitre, MBA, serves as the Commissioning Associate Director and Senior Program/Project Manager at DLB Associates, focusing on hyperscale projects for technology-driven clients. Prior experience includes roles as COMSUBLANT's N80 Warfare Program Requirements and Analysis Officer and N38 Capabilities, Requirements, and Initiatives Officer, where responsibilities encompassed warfare program development and budget execution. Leighton also contributed as a Technical Program Manager at L3Harris Technologies, managing submarine programs for government contracts, and held various leadership positions during a distinguished 28-year career in the US Navy, including Commanding Officer of the Submarine Learning Facility Norfolk.
