Manish Singh is an experienced Food Beverage Controller with a comprehensive background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving at DLF Limited since April 2019, Manish has previously held positions at Best Western International from February 2014 to April 2023, and Express Sarovar Portico from August 2013 to February 2014, where responsibilities included F&B audits, inventory management, and maintaining food and beverage costs. Manish began the career at DLF Golf & Resorts Ltd. as a Cashier and Assistant F&B Controller from June 2011 to August 2013. Manish holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Veer Kunwar Singh University, completed in 2003, and attended De Nobili School for high school education.
