Sunny Arora

Sunny Arora has extensive experience in facility management, currently leading operations at Eldeco Infrastructure & Properties Ltd. since May 2015, where responsibilities include managing transitions, facilities, and maintenance across multiple projects, including corporate offices and commercial malls, while handling P&L of CAM. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Manager - Facility at CHD Developers Ltd. from December 2011 to April 2015, overseeing group housing and township projects, and as Sr. Project Executive at Ansal Properties & Infrastructure Ltd. from July 2005 to December 2011, responsible for a large mixed-use township. Sunny holds an MBA in Operations from EIILM University and a BBA in Management & IT from S D College Panipat.
