Neil Douglas

Neil Douglas has a wealth of experience in the agricultural industry. Neil currently serves as the CEO & President of DLF Canada and USA, as well as the EVP of North America for DLF North America. Prior to this, they worked at Univar Solutions, where they held the position of Vice President of Agriculture from 2014 to 2020. Neil also served as the Canada AG - GSM from 2012 to 2014 at Univar Solutions. In addition, Neil was a member of the Board of Directors at CropLife Canada from 2014 to 2020. Before joining Univar Solutions, they held various roles at DuPont Pioneer, BASF, ADVANTA SEEDS, and HOECHST SCHERING AGREVO INDIA LIMITED.
