Cheryl Groen

Cheryl Groen, PMP, currently serves as the Proposal Operations Director at DLH Corporation since October 2023. With extensive experience in proposal management, Cheryl previously held the position of Director of Bid & Proposal Management at GRSi from May 2015 to October 2023, in addition to roles at Hewlett Packard Enterprise and GRSi as a Proposal Manager. Cheryl's career began as a Proposal Writer at STG, where proposal writing and collaboration with subject matter experts were key responsibilities. Early in the professional journey, Cheryl worked as an Associate Editor for SIGNAL Magazine/AFCEA, focusing on feature articles and corporate communications. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Hofstra University, with a concentration in Creative Writing and Literature.
