Heather Coady is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process improvement and transaction monitoring across various sectors. Currently serving as the Group Transaction Monitoring Manager at DLL since January 2024, Coady previously held the position of Lead Business Consultant at Perficient and the Operations Excellence Process Engineering Manager at Santander Bank, N.A., where significant contributions were made to enhance Lean and Agile methodologies. Coady’s career at Citi included roles as Vice President - Project Manager, Assistant Vice President - Data Quality Project Manager, and Senior Analyst - Anti-Money Laundering Analyst, focusing on communications process improvement and data quality initiatives.
