Carolina Felder Polak is a knowledgeable professional currently serving as the Knowledge Management and Monitoring Lead at dLocal since June 2021, having advanced through various roles in Customer Success. With a focus on B2B relationships, Carolina has successfully led teams in the APAC and EMEA regions, emphasizing team member development and collaboration with other commercial areas.
