Matias Santana

Matias Santana has a strong background in sales operations and account management. Matias started their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Dinámica Consultores. In 2011, they joined PayTrue Solutions as a Senior Software Engineer and later became a Project Manager. In 2016, Santana joined dLocal as an Account Manager and gradually progressed to become the Head of Account Management. From 2020 to 2023, they served as the Head of Sales Operations at dLocal. Later in 2023, they were promoted to VP of Global Sales Operations and then to SVP of Expansion, Fraud, and Global Sales Operations.

Matias Santana attended Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2022, where they completed the Innovation & Growth Program.
