Pamela Alvarez has a diverse range of work experience. Pamela began their career as an Intern at the Magazine of scientific divulgation EXACTAmente in 2015. In 2016, they worked as a Computer Control Technician at Mega Tech S.A and as a Collaborator in a workshop on the Wordpress platform at the University of Buenos Aires. Pamela also served as a Focal Point Service and later as an Account Executive at the Buenos Aires City Government from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they worked as an Analyst at the Ministry of Production. Alvarez then moved to Mercado Libre, where they held various roles as a UX Content Writer SSr, Technical Writer & Content Strategist SSr, and finally as a Technical Writer & Content Strategist Sr from 2018 to 2021. Currently, they are working at dLocal, first as a UX Team Lead from August to December 2021, and now as a UX Technical Lead Referent. Throughout their career, they have also been involved in teaching roles as an Assistant and a Professor at the University of Buenos Aires, where they taught practical classes on InDesign and conducted workshops on digital publications and Wordpress.

Pamela Alvarez has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed the EF New York Full-Time Intensive English Course, C2 (Upper Advanced) at EF International Language Campuses. In 2020, they completed an online program in Leadership and Innovation offered by MIT Professional Education. Pamela holds a degree in Edition from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained from 2012 to 2016. In 2015, they also completed a course in Digital Editorial Design for Ebooks at Centro de e-Learning UTN FRBA. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in UX Writing & UX Editing from Crehana and Fundamentos de Marketing Digital from Google's Garage Digital.
