Head Of Customer Experience at dLocal

Tomás Knudsen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Tomás currently serves as the Head of Customer Experience at dLocal, a position they have held since December 2023. Prior to this role, they were the CX & Sales Head at dLocal Go from November 2022 to December 2023.

Before joining dLocal, Tomás worked at Mercado Libre as a Customer Experience Manager (KM) for the Marketplace & Experience department from January 2022 to November 2022. Tomás also served as the Supervisor Regional Marketplace for Knowledge Management and CX from July 2019 to December 2021.

Tomás co-founded Merlion Techs in September 2019, where they served as a Co-Founder until October 2022.

Earlier in their career, Tomás worked at Anheuser-Busch InBev in various roles. Tomás was a Packaging Manager for Returnable Glass Bottles from January 2018 to July 2019 and Packaging Manager for One-Way Bottles from September 2016 to January 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as an Assistant Project Manager, focusing on packaging line capacity and flexibility increase, staff reduction, and equipment setup from January 2016 to September 2016.

Tomás began their career at Paradigma Consultores Asociados as a Process & Continuous Improvement SSr Consultant from March 2015 to January 2016.

Tomás Knudsen completed their undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Nacional de La Plata between the years 2010 and 2015. In 2019, they pursued additional education in Project Management, specializing in Agile Project Management and Scrum Master certification from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Tomás also holds various certifications, including a Diploma in Digital Transformation from UTN Buenos Aires, a Problem Solving certificate from Capability Building, and a Certificate in Agile Project Management and Scrum Master from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional. Tomás has also completed courses in Effective Presentations from Dale Carnegie Training and has achieved language proficiency certifications in English from the University of Cambridge, including Advance English (CAE C1) in 2009 and First Certificate in English (FCE B2) in 2007.
