Tara West

Tara West began their career at Carvana in 2013 as a Title and Registration Specialist. During their time in this role, they created long-term procedures for title and registration and trade departments, as well as designed and oversaw the implementation of an original trade process. In 2014, they were promoted to Senior Customer Advocate and was selected to mentor six employees and assist in the training process of all new hires. Two years later, they were promoted to Market Operations Team Lead. In this role, they conceptualized and oversaw the implementation of procedures designed to create the "ultimate customer experience," leading to a 30% increase in sales within 5 months. In 2018, they were transferred to the role of TNR Team Lead and was tasked with managing 7 markets. Tara also created the training process for outside Title and Registration Specialists. In 2023, Tara West began working as a Fulfillment Manager at DLRdmv.

Tara West completed a Bachelor of Science in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Phoenix in 2013. Tara previously attended Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University from 2002 to 2005, studying Journalism.
