James Soliday

James Soliday joined DLT in 2008 and currently serves as Director of Engineering.

An expert in Engineering Operations Supporting Enterprise Clients in the Public Sector, James has a track record of success building pre-sales and engineering services teams for highly demanding Public Sector enterprise environments. Aiming to drive continuous process improvement and collaboration that energizes engineering and sales performance and customer success, James oversees all vendor partnership activity and promoted innovative business and HR models for the engineering organization that consistently meets DLT’s high standards.

With experience in product support, sales engineering, cloud adoption and technical troubleshooting for 24X7 customers James has spearheaded the growth of the Consulting, Pre-sales , and DLT Operations Center teams. With over 18 years of experience as an IT consultant, Manager, and Solutions Architect, James is well versed in the storage systems, cloud solutions, and Service Provider policies. His credentials include NetApp NCIE-SAN, Amazon Web Services Solution Architect, Veritas Certified Specialist and other various industry certifications. James hold a MBA in Management Information Systems (MBA-MIS).
