Shivani Shah

Shivani Shah has been with our company for 14 years and now serves as our Vice President of Operational Strategy and Excellence. She began as a Clinical Research Coordinator and worked her way up – serving in almost every position a site has to offer. She combines her in-depth knowledge of each job into a zoomed-out perspective that allows her to successfully manage multiple teams. She is proud of leading multiple successful FDA inspections and continuously meeting sponsors’ needs for high and diverse enrollments. She graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a master’s in biology. Shivani enjoys reading and spending time with her husband and young daughter.
