Robert Dudek

Robert Dudek has a diverse range of work experience spanning over 20 years. Robert began their career at Best Buy as a Senior Lead Sales/Customer Service Associate, where they led a sales team and participated in monthly trainings. After that, they joined PepsiCo - Pepsi Beverages Company as a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead Operator before being promoted to Supply Chain Operations Supervisor, overseeing a large team and managing inbound and outbound truckloads. Robert then worked as a DC Area Supervisor at Home Depot Rapid Distribution Center, supervising a team and handling various warehouse operations. Robert also worked as an Operations Manager at Home Depot Distribution Center, where they managed a team and oversaw daily operations. Robert later became a Distribution Manager at Sloan, managing a team and handling shipping, receiving, inventory, and transportation tasks. Most recently, Robert worked at Atkore as a Warehouse Manager and Regional Distribution Manager, where they led teams and was responsible for daily operations. Robert is currently working as a Warehouse Director at DM Merchandising.

Robert Dudek received their Associates in Arts Degree in Business Administration from Moraine Valley Community College, where they studied from 2006 to 2009. After that, they pursued a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration-Management at St. Xavier University from 2009 to 2012.
