Jayson Dorsett

Jayson Dorsett has a diverse work experience in various roles. From 2017 to 2023, they worked at \u00b7ery Inc, starting as a Junior Software Engineer and progressing to become a Senior Software Engineer. Jayson led the backend team for the Behavery platform, a no code research application generator. Their achievements include co-designing and implementing a low code SaaS platform using Django and React.

Prior to that, from 2015 to 2017, Jayson worked as a Research Specialist at the University of Pennsylvania's Behavioral Ethics Lab. Jayson was involved in software development, editing, experiment management, and mentoring. Jayson played a crucial role in designing and developing a waiting room application, increasing the lab's participant base and reducing costs.

Before that, Jayson worked as a Clinical Research Assistant at Veterans Admin Hospital from 2014 to 2015, conducting interviews and evaluations related to congestive heart failure and type 2 diabetes. Jayson also identified patients eligible for research programs.

In 2013, Jayson worked as a Research Assistant at New York University's Social Perception and Evaluation Lab, where they conducted research on moral decision making. Jayson also worked in Dr. Susan Andersen's Social Psychology Lab, focusing on the study of transference and programming stimulus material for experiments.

Currently, Jayson is a Senior Full Stack Engineer at dmarcian.
