Zoya Bogatova has a varied work experience, beginning in 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as an Event Manager for CitySightseeing Kyiv (Open Kiev), as an Administrative CEO and Head of Paperwork department for the Kyiv Academic Young Theatre, and as a Conference Support Manager for SkyBox BAZ. In 2015, they became a Personal Assistant to the CEO of Global Consulting Partners. From 2017 to 2018, they held the position of Executive Managing Director for VITAYU, Public Relations Director for Клуб экспортеров Украины, and SMM-manager and Interpreter for Association “Ukraine-France”. Finally, from 2018 to the present, they have been a Customer Support Quality Control Specialist, Senior Customer Support Representative, and Customer Support Representative for DMarket.

Zoya Bogatova received their Bachelor of Arts - BA in Art Industry Management from НАРККИИ in 2015. Prior to that, they attended College of Culture and Arts from 2010 to 2013, where they earned their Junior Specialist in General Management, Paperwork.
