Justin Plaum

Justin Plaum, DO, is an experienced attending physician at DMC Primary Care since July 2016. Prior to this role, Justin served as the Medical Director at Continuum Hospice & Palliative Care from April 2019 to May 2020 and completed a residency as a physician at Reading Health System from June 2013 to June 2016. Additionally, Justin worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Penn Medicine, University of Pennsylvania Health System from June 2006 to July 2009. Justin earned a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine between 2009 and 2013 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Cognitive Science from The Johns Hopkins University, where studies were completed from 2002 to 2006.
