Rachel Groppi, MHA, LNHA, currently serves as the Administrator for both Legacy North Royalton and Cedarwood Plaza, roles undertaken since May 2021, after progressing from Assistant Administrator at Cedarwood Plaza. Prior experience includes positions as Admissions Coordinator and Administrator in Training at O'Neill Healthcare from January 2020 to May 2021, as well as serving as a State Tested Nursing Assistant and Administrative Intern at Legacy Health Services between May 2016 and January 2020. Rachel Groppi holds a Master's of Health Administration from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor's of Applied Health Science in Healthcare Administration from Bowling Green State University. Additional educational experience includes coursework at UCL in 2018.
