Jeff Christofis possesses extensive experience in strategic leadership and IT management across various companies. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, and CIO at DME Service Solutions, Jeff has previously held significant roles such as Vice President of Contact Center and IT Service Desk BPO at KellyConnect and Director of Global IT Support & IT Service Management at Kelly. Additional expertise includes serving as IT Program Director for Automotive Professional Services at Compuware and IT Director & IT Service Management ITIL Program Lead at Carlson Marketing. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer & Information Science from Oakland University, earned between 1981 and 1986.
