Janette Shaw

Janette Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Janette has worked in roles primarily focused on reward and benefits management, with a particular emphasis on strategy development, incentive scheme design, and remuneration analysis. Janette has demonstrated their expertise in these areas through their work at DMGT plc, where they served as the Group Reward and Benefits Manager, and at Aviva plc, where they worked as a Group Reward Consultant. Janette has also shown their project management skills and ability to introduce successful product lines during their time as a Partner at Portico Art Gallery. Additionally, Janette has gained experience in financial and headcount reporting, analysis, and portfolio management during their earlier roles at Citibank and Genesis Investment Management LLP.

Janette Shaw attended West Kirby Grammar School from 1978 to 1985. Janette then went on to study at Cardiff University from 1985 to 1988, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Management Studies with Honors.
